Nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood on the edge of Gimli, our tiny house provides an intimate setting for two guests in the loft bedroom. Embrace simplicity and coziness with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a stove, mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster. The bathroom boasts cedar elements, a composting toilet, and a beautiful tile shower, enhancing your overall experience.

During your stay, take advantage of the two kayaks available to you; just remember to arrange for them at the time of booking. Your experience extends beyond the tiny house, with exclusive access to the entire home and front yard, including a deck, hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit area. Your privacy is paramount, with a privacy wall or treeline separating your yard from the adjacent property.

While neighborhood play and noise may occasionally drift in from our yard and behind the tiny house, the setting remains peaceful. Our two friendly cats might wander into your yard, adding a touch of charm to your surroundings.

A five-minute stroll leads you to a quiet beach, while within a fifteen-minute walk, you’ll discover a variety of shops and restaurants, the monumental Viking Statue, the Beach Boardwalk, and the Outdoor Seawall Gallery. Tennis enthusiasts will find courts just two blocks away.

As a courtesy to future guests and our cleaning team, please leave the tiny house in the same clean condition you found it during check-out. Smoking, drugs, events, and parties are not permitted. The tiny house is exclusively designed for 2 guests, with additional overnight guests not allowed.

We provide a small amount of firewood, and garbage should be removed from the home and placed in the outdoor bins provided, especially on Mondays, which is garbage day. Pets are not permitted, and failure to follow checkout instructions may result in an additional $100 fee.
